The Parish Council offers rooms for hire in three buildings within the parish.
Room hire rates are dependent on whether you are a resident or a business. Please refer to the booking forms for more information. You can download booking forms for each building via the links below. Completed forms can either be sent to admin@bishopscleeveparishcouncil.gov.uk or posted to the Parish Office, Church Road, Bishop's Cleeve, Cheltenham GL52 8LR . Please note that we are unable to reserve a room until a completed booking form and payment are received.
Situated in the heart of the village, next to the Public Library (within the Tesco car park area), the Community Building has three rooms available to hire – a main hall and two smaller rooms - plus a small kitchenette and WC facilities. A range of room layouts and equipment may be provided.
Situated in Church Road, and backing onto the Tesco's car park, the Parish Office has a meeting room available to hire for meetings, training and information sharing purposes.
The sports field pavilion has a meeting room which can be used for sports field related activities or events and meetings.
