SPECIAL EVENT NOTICE TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

U40416 CHURCH ROAD (BISHOPS CLEEVE PARISH)TEWKESBURY BOROUGH
Gloucestershire County Council has made an Order to close temporarily under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic Regulation (Special Events) Act 1994) part of the U40416 Church Road from its junction with Tobyfield Road to its junction with Cheltenham Road for an approximate distance of 250 metres. The Council is satisfied that the use of the roads should be prohibited for the purpose of facilitating the holding of a relevant event namely the Bishops Cleeve Street Fair 2022.The roads fall within the Parish of Bishops Cleeve in the Tewkesbury Borough within the County of Gloucestershire.
The Order comes into force between the hours of 07:30 and 18:30 on the 12th June2022 only.
Alternative Route – As signed on site. Pedestrian access to premises on or next to the road and emergency access will be maintained.
