Tewkesbury Borough want to know what you would like from the proposed Cleevelands Community Centre that is set to be built by Persimmon Homes.
The online survey can be completed at online1.snapsurveys.com/CleevelandsCommunityCentre. The Parish Council do have paper copies available in the office if needed.
The closing date is Monday, 5 August.
